1. Services Provided

We provide a range of exterior and property care services, including but not limited to:

Lawn mowing and general lawn care

Mulching and landscape bed maintenance

Sod installation and yard restoration

Gutter cleaning

Pressure washing (driveways, roofs, exterior walls, patios, decks, fences, etc.)

Service availability may vary depending on location and season.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are free and provided based on the information you submit online, by phone, or in person.

Final pricing is subject to confirmation after an on-site assessment.

Services will not begin until you accept the final estimate.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for providing access to the property, including clearing driveways, yards, and service areas of vehicles, furniture, or personal items.

Customer must disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or fragile landscaping features prior to service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, check, and approved electronic payments.

Late or missed payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Communication & Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number or email through our website, booking form, or over the phone, you consent to receive business-related communications, which may include:

SMS/text messages

Phone calls

Emails

Opt-In Consent

Submitting your information is considered express consent to contact you about scheduling, quotes, service reminders, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out Rights

Reply “STOP” to any SMS to stop text messages.

Use “unsubscribe” links at the bottom of emails to stop promotional emails.

Contact us directly to opt out of calls.

We will promptly honor your opt-out request. You may still receive service-related communications such as confirmations, invoices, or urgent updates.

6. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations may result in a fee to cover lost time and scheduling.

7. Liability

We strive to perform services safely and professionally. However, we are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, fragile materials, improperly installed sod, or structural weaknesses revealed during cleaning.

Landscaping results depend on weather, soil, and property conditions outside of our control.

8. Data Collection & Use of Cookies

Our website and booking forms may use cookies and tracking technologies through GoHighLevel CRM.

This helps us improve customer experience, service follow-up, and advertising campaigns (including remarketing).

By using our website, you consent to such data tracking.

9. Use of Advertising

By opting into our services, you understand that digital advertising (including social media ads) may be used to promote our services.

Customer data is never sold, but may be used internally to improve targeting, communication, and marketing effectiveness.
